Τα έξοδα αποστολής για δέματα έως 4 κιλά ανέρχονται στα 4€. Για κάθε κιλό επιπλέον των 4, υπάρχει πρόσθετη επιβάρυνση 1€ ανά κιλό.
Το κόστος αντικαταβολής είναι 2€ ενώ μπορείτε να το αποφύγετε και αυτό αν η πληρωμή σας γίνει με τραπεζική κατάθεση ή Paypal.
Εφικτή είναι η πληρωμή με αντικαταβολή για παραγγελίες έως 49 ευρώ.
Η παράδοση εξαρτάται από την γεωγραφική σας περιοχή και μπορεί να διαρκέσει επιπλέον εργάσιμες. Παραδόσεις γίνονται από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή ενώ σε απομακρυσμένες και νησιωτικές περιοχές μπορεί να υπάρχει καθυστέρηση.
Οι ώρες παράδοσης είναι καθημερινά 10:00 – 17:00 από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή και θα πρέπει κάποιος να είναι διαθέσιμος στην διεύθυνση που δηλώσατε ώστε να παραλάβει ειδάλλως θα πρέπει να τα παραλάβετε από το πλησιέστερο κατάστημα της Acs η το γραφείο της εκάστοτε επιλεγμένης μεταφορικής.

Αλλαγές
Οι πελάτες διατηρούν το δικαίωμα επιστροφής των προϊόντων που έχουν επιλέξει και παραλάβει, μέσα σε διάστημα που δεν υπερβαίνει τις 14 ημερολογιακές ημέρες από την ημερομηνία παράδοσής τους.
Επιστροφή χρημάτων δεν γίνεται.
Τα έξοδα αποστολής της επιστροφής του προϊόντος δεν καλύπτονται από το κατάστημα και επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη, εκτός της περίπτωσης δικού μας λάθους.
Η πολιτική επιστροφής μπορεί να ισχύει μόνο εφόσον: – Το προϊόν δεν έχει υποστεί ζημιά από τον πελάτη.
– Το προϊόν δεν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί.
– Το προϊόν συνοδεύεται από την αρχική συσκευασία του και όλο το περιεχόμενο αυτής.
– Το προς επιστροφή προϊόν συνοδεύεται από αντίγραφο τιμολογίου ή από την απόδειξη λιανικής αγοράς.
